Dacha Tech started with a simple observation: most startups and growing companies do not need another development shop. They need someone in their corner who knows how to plan the work, hire the right people, and keep everyone honest.

Consulting first, building where it counts

We are not a traditional dev shop, and for most engagements we still do not write the production code ourselves. Staying out of the build seat means our advice is never colored by a desire to keep a team of developers busy. But when speed matters more than scale, we will build a fast, scrappy MVP directly, using the same AI-native tools and engineering discipline we use to ship our own products. For anything beyond an MVP, a full production build, or an ongoing engineering team, we point you to a vetted partner instead of trying to become one ourselves.
